In March of this year, following the conclusion of an external audit, we learned that we had retained the ISO 9001:2015 certification for the 13th year running, and that’s something to be proud of!

This follows the news, during early-stage COVID, that the Lisbon delivery center was ISO 9001:2015-certified, and is among a host of standards for us presently, including ITIL, COPC CX OSP, PCI DSS L2, and GDPR compliance.

The ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System (QMS) is internationally recognized as the leading quality management standard. This system is comprised of eight key principles upon which Conectys was evaluated, including customer focus and customer satisfaction, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, systematic approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making, and mutually beneficial supplier relationship.

The fact that we pass this rigorous audit year after year is a testament to our commitment to excellence, quality, and security.

That pays forward to clients and end customers.
