As we celebrate our 16th anniversary as a company, we’re proud to announce that we’ve exceeded 3,000 total employees globally as of October 2020 — beating our growth goals by 50%!
We’ve always put digital thinking, staffing, workforce optimization, and training at the core of what we do for our customer experience (CX) and content moderation clients. Where others may give little attention to the people side of the business, we spend the majority of our time there — and the benefits come back to clients in myriad ways, including having legitimate brand ambassadors and strategic co-creators in their call center and support environments.
The broader staffing plan involves a goal of 5,000 global employees by 2025, as well as 1000 artificial intelligence (AI) “FTEs” to complement the human workforce. We believe the intersection of human and tech touchpoints is exactly what our clients need in their competitive, disruptive business environments.
We’re proud to say that we’ve continued to thrive and grow in a challenging year for many global businesses.
