For the past decade, Conectys has annually passed a third-party audit of its statutory and regulatory requirements, as well as its level of excellence in customer service and delivery. The ISO 9001:2018 Quality Management System (QMS) is internationallyrecognized as the world’s leading quality management standard. This standard is comprised of eight key principles upon which Conectys was evaluated, including customer focus and customer satisfaction, leadership, involvement of people, process approach, systematic approach to management, continual improvement, factual approach to decision making and mutually beneficial supplier relationship.
