Building on its many content moderation success stories, Conectys has expanded into two new European locations, just one week apart from one another. These new facilities in Istanbul and Poznan will serve as key delivery sites for international customers, enabling video, image and text moderation in German, Polish, Russian, Turkish and Arabic. The speed of these launches speak to Conectys’ unique ability to conduct extensive knowledge transfers and use previous expertise to their clients’ advantage.

The timing of the Poznan and Istanbul launches made it so onboarding took place one week apart. Conectys smoothly navigated this challenge by creating a strategic rotation of internal talents. The firm used trainers from the Philippines, a recently launched content moderation site with great success, as well as management from its Bucharest site to get new recruits thoroughly trained and ready to go. By following the model applied to the Philippines launch, the initial months of the Poznan and Istanbul sites have already proven to be prosperous. There is sure to be further expansion on the horizon for Conectys.
