We currently have 40 seats in Taipei City, predominantly focusing on omnichannel customer experience. The six languages covered at this site are English, Korean, Mandarin, Cantonese, Taiwanese, and Japanese. Taipei City is often a top destination for companies looking to expand or just consistently serve Asian markets; with 23.5M residents, there’s a huge multi-lingual and multi-cultural talent pool to pull from. The country has a developed educational system (over 24 universities) and we have no trouble finding you quality brand-advocate agents in Taiwan. There is prime infrastructure in place in our location, which is about 45 minutes west of the Taipei City center.
