Bucharest, Romania – October 25, 2017 – Conectys, the global leader in multilingual and end-to-end outsourcing solutions, today announced that it has partnered with one of the global leaders in dockless bike-sharing services.  Conectys will provide localized, multi-lingual support to the company’s international customer base in Europe, Asia, Australia, Latin America, and North America.  Conectys will start with 8 languages – English, French, German, Spanish, Korean, Italian, Japanese and Hindi supported from three Conectys sites based out of Romania, Taipei, and the Philippines.

The collaboration entails Conectys providing customer service and general technical support through multiple channels including voice, email, and socially via Facebook. This solution also includes deploying ConectysOS®, Conectys’ patented all in one Contact Center SaaS.  This will allow full integration and management of voice communication, omnichannel quality programs, and real-time customer experience data such as the Net Promoter Score (NPS), First Contact Resolution (FCR), and Customer Effort Score (CES).

The client is rapidly growing and at the forefront of developing the next generation of urban and Earth-friendly transportation resources.  The clients’ ground-breaking technologies, combined with bikes resulted in a green carbon-reducing solution to the issue of congestion that often plagues heavily populated cities.  As an example, the technology requires a scan of a sophisticated QR code to unlock the bike.  The technology also is designed to allow individual users to report bike locations and also tracks bike location.  Considering the scope of their business, in choosing an outsourcing partner, the client looked for scalability, language support, solid customer-centric technology and processes, value-added insight, and innovation.  With support from Conectys, the client aims to address the budding opportunity that is connected with city transportation, environmental factors, convenience, and affordability by creating innovative bike-sharing solutions allowing riders convenient ways to travel.
