We’re delighted to welcome John Louie Palisoc as our new Strategic Pricing Manager, based in the Philippines.

In this role, John Louie will take the lead in shaping and driving Conectys’ pricing strategy. His key responsibilities include revamping frameworks, validating cost structures, streamlining processes, and supporting executive-level proposals. He will also collaborate with teams across the business to ensure competitive pricing and sustainable profitability.

John Louie brings over 15 years of expertise in pricing, financial controlling, and business operations, with extensive experience in the BPO sector. His technical skills span pricing systems, financial planning and analysis, business intelligence, and advanced data management.

On the education front, John Louie holds a bachelor’s degree in accountancy, is a CPA Board Exam passer, and is currently pursuing an MBA.

Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball, watching movies, and relaxing with a game of chess.
