We’re thrilled to welcome Dan Barbier as Conectys’ new Global Reporting Manager.
In this role, Dan will bridge client reporting with Conectys’ local teams situated across four continents. He will be in charge of ensuring accuracy, seamless processes, and effective change implementation, leveraging his key strengths. Moreover, these include BPO background, strategic vision, and hands-on operational expertise to deliver lasting impact.
With over a decade in Workforce Management and Reporting, Dan has built a strong career in the service sector, thriving in fast-paced, multicultural environments. Known for his solution-focused mindset and clear communication, he excels at aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
Furthermore, he’s a master of modern tools, capable of transforming data into actionable insights. Always curious about innovation, he explores emerging technologies, from automation to generative AI, to drive smarter decisions and better results.
