ISO/IEC 42001:2023 is one of the newest additions to the ISO standards ecosystem, developed for today’s dynamic enterprise and regulatory landscape. It represents a structured organizational approach that enables companies to use AI ethically, transparently, and accountably, while addressing AI-specific risks such as bias, unfair outcomes, privacy concerns, and security vulnerabilities.

Conectys as an Early Adopter
Issued to our headquarters in Bucharest, Romania, ISO/IEC 42001:2023 makes Conectys one of the early adopters in Europe and the first CX and Trust & Safety outsourcer in Romania to obtain this AI management system certification.
