They will facilitate chat-based conferencing and troubleshooting support within SLAs, acting as a liaison between the client’s and their customers’ tech teams, helping translate improvements from ideation to action plans.
The outsourced Network Operations Center will cover nearly all the end-clients’ requests, ensuring proactive 24/7/365 monitoring of Linux server boxes, operating Apache and MySQL servers, performing security updates and regular deployments.
