Conectys is delighted to announce that we will be providing customer experience support in English and Spanish (and later French) for one of the most inspirational movies, series, events, and documentary streaming services. The client has a long-term scaling need to send their inspirational, “best life” content into more homes and interact with an increasing number of customers, and Conectys was the vendor of choice due to process expertise, digital CX capabilities, and our collection of resources.
How did this project come to be?
The project, which has been in the works for over six months, is expected to go live in April. The network strives to eventually be “the Netflix” for events, leadership, and family programming, and Conectys will play a huge part in that.
