It began in Bucharest
Founded in 2004 by entrepreneur Arnold Cobbaert, Conectys began as a boutique multilingual BPO, focused on customer service and technical support before expanding globally to 10+ locations. In time, we became a leader in agile, high-quality outsourcing, developing strong expertise in Trust & Safety across digital industries.
New outsourcing wave
With markets shifting, Conectys introduced hybrid and gig delivery models, accelerated AI adoption for CX and risk management, and strengthened our position as a leader in CXM and Trust & Safety. This culminated in the launch of BlueTweak, an AI-powered platform for omnichannel automation, workforce management, and analytics.
