Customer service excellence does not happen by magic.

No elves come out at night to answer questions, send replacements for DOAs or gauge satisfaction levels. So who does all that?
That would be people, like you or me. People who go out of their way to care for others. They help perfect strangers navigate mobile apps, troubleshoot internet connection issues, replace product parts, veto reviews, answer tweets and update help files.
