The Awards Gala took place on March 18th at the Marriot Hotel in Bucharest, Romania, as part of the 13th edition of Customer Care Conference & Expo. This year’s event rewarded top Romanian and global service providers for their outstanding results and innovative business strategy and vision.

2016 Gold Stevie ® Award
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales awards, business development awards, contact center awards, and customer service awards. The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, March 4, 2016 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas. More than 500 executives from the U.S.A. and several other nations attended.

At the beginning of February, the CEE Shared Services and Outsourcing Awards Gala took place in Warsaw, Poland, celebrating Central and Eastern European excellence and rewarding successful companies, projects and professionals in the region.

In November, NOA highlighted once again the year’s leading outsourcing experts and successful client-provider collaborations at its annual Awards ceremony. The world’s biggest names in outsourcing gathered for an evening of celebrating industry innovation and vision at the Landmark Hotel, in London.
Conectys is pleased to once more be the recipient of the NOA award for the Outsourcing Contact Centre of the Year. The prize marks the accelerated pace at which the company is expanding and covering new ground in outsourcing by delivering excellent multilingual customer service solutions from a global network of top facilities.

This year’s European Outsourcing Association awards ceremony took place at the Pestana Palace in Lisbon. The event gathered some of the moment’s outsourcing game changers, on supplier, advisor and destination side.

European BPO Contract of the Year 2014 at the EOA Awards
The award ceremony took place on July 10 in London, to recognize excellence in pan-European outsourcing and to reward buyers, suppliers, advisors and destinations. Conectys was recognized for the instrumental role it played in scaling the client brand, through its spirited multilingual and multicultural teams, global delivery capabilities and customer experience driven modus-operandi.
The awarded contract was a result of Conectys partnership with a leading designer and manufacturer of sports precision instruments. The company is prized for intuitive design, accuracy and dependability. It is a global organization, with more than 400 employees worldwide, which sells products in more than 100 countries.
BPO Firm of the Year at the CEE OUTSOURCING AND SHARED SERVICES AWARDS
Conectys has been named as the BPO Firm of the Year – Rest of CEE, at the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Outsourcing and Shared Services Awards. The judges considered new customer wins, testimonials from existing customers, SLA fulfilment and service quality, governance, strategy and social responsibility initiatives from all applicants. Conectys has enjoyed strong commercial traction over the past year, delivering high quality, multicultural outsourcing services to more than 45 global clients.
During 2013, Conectys signed an agreement with a global online travel leader for multi-lingual content moderation, fraud detection and customer services, a major European airline for call centre and customer relations services and a leading energy and utilities company for global, multicultural and multilingual customer services. This, together with other contract wins, has seen Conectys’ employee base grow by an impressive 60 per cent in 2013.
