As a Support Specialist, you will:
Help other Suunto users to find the best products for them, assist them to unlock the mysteries of the functionalities of the outdoor sports watches, performance watches, dive computers and any other innovative instruments used by adventure seekers through email, phone and social media.
Before applying, you should get familiar with our expectations:
Proficiency in English plus any of the following languages: French, German, Italian or Spanish.
Great teamwork skills and proactive can-do mindset
Interest in sports and outdoor activities
Investigative and problem solving skills
Experience in Customer Support would be nice to have
