All You need is:
Excellent Turkish and English writing and speaking skills.
Open to learning and customer-focused.
Good observation skills and self-assessment.
Excellent computer and internet skills.
Availability for up to 24/7 schedule or daytime schedule.

300 euros hiring bonus if you start work by January 3rd, 2017 (You will receive this bonus in 2 instalments: 100 euros after 30 days and 200 euros after 6 months of employment).
Some of your projects will include
Offering technical support by phone for customers who use high speed internet solutions.
Offering support by chat, emails, and calls to customers who have inquiries and technical issues (this may include but, it is not limited to, installation instructions, troubleshooting etc.).
