Resolving effectively and timely the incoming incidents (email and phone) to build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Offering quick and to the point solutions to customers, based on an in-house developed knowledge-base and on all relevant provided documentation.
Striving for one-call resolution of customer issues.
Efficiently coordinating the communication with the Escalations Management Team for more complex incidents to ensure problem resolution.
