Customer Service Team Manager

Very good communication and people skills
Experience in Customer Support/ BPO processes
Ability to assimilate information and learn quickly, self-study oriented
Easily adaptable to new circumstances, technologies and procedures
Proactive, self-starter and ambitious
Well-organized and able to handle administrative tasks efficiently
Preferable at least 12 months experience in managing a team with sufficient, understanding of People Management, Tools, Processes and Methodologies
Offers constant support for a contact center team of 10-15 people
Performs quality monitoring of the team’s’ performance and activity
Coordinates day-to-day activities in order to meet and exceed Service Level Agreements
Reports on the overall performance of the team and suggest possible areas of improvement
Manages staff schedules, training and monitoring
Acts as a second level support for different inquiries
Gets involved in taking calls when necessary
