- College Level or College Graduate
- At least 1 year Team Manager experience ina a BPO company/Set up or Support Experience
- Contact Center, Back office Support, Inbound/Outbound voice or non-voice account, Chat and email Support.
- Excellent leadership and Problem Solving Skills
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Can work under pressure and with less supervision
- Good team player, willing to share information and mentor others and foster a positive team environment
