C1 English Level (written and spoken);
C1 French level (written and spoken);
Degree in Human Resources, or similar;
Medium-high proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;
Interpersonal & Communication skills;
Out-of-the box thinking;
Professional experience in a fast paced environment is a plus;
Minimum 2 years Experience in end-to-end recruitment and team coordination;
Analytical skills & solution focused;
Customer service oriented;

As Recruitment Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to get to know different departments within the organization, and their roles and responsibilities. You’ll be responsible for identifying potential candidates to fill in the openings within Conectys projects & recruitment strategies to face potential difficulties.
You’ll have the opportunity to lead the end-to-end recruitment from gathering recruitment needs, timelines delivery and working as consultant to recommend the best timelines and solutions (market based) to colleagues, local management and other stakeholders.
Identification of new recruitment partners, according with our stakeholders needs;
Identification and attraction of new sources of candidates through several channels;
Candidate sourcing of candidates;
Recruitment and selection of candidates;
Monitorization of the recruitment results and proposal of mitigation action plans;
Monitorization of job ads, recruitment strategies, timelines delivered to the client;
Recurrent Market Research from different areas of expertise.
