Requirements

C1 French level (written and spoken);

B2 English level (written and spoken);

Minimum 1-year experience performing quality tasks in a Backoffice project;

Verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills in order to perform coaching sessions;

Outstanding customer service skills, proactivity, and dedication and results oriented;

Ability to manage demanding timelines;

Flexibility to work on a shift based schedules with 24/7 rotation;

Residence in Lisbon area.

Responsibilities

This position offers you the opportunity to work alongside one of our high profile clients specialized in social media video sharing.

As a Quality Analyst you will be responsible for the day to day monitoring of sensitive content, ensuring that a quality experience is provided to millions of social media users.

You will have the opportunity to make a significant and direct impact on the quality of our client’s social media and product advertisement:

Quality verification activity in accordance with the company Quality Verification process and project requirements;

Quality inconsistencies identification, and implementation of measures to mitigate and improve whenever necessary;

Creation and development of quality reports, analyses and implements improvement opportunities as requested and agreed with management, within the deadlines agreed;

Escalation to higher management of any inconsistencies found at quality level and suggestion of improvement approaches;

Quality feedback and coaching sessions with required follow up actions.
