Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct confidential counselling sessions, offering a compassionate ear and actionable advice to employees grappling with professional challenges. 
  • Design and lead support group activities and wellbeing initiatives that foster a supportive and positive workplace culture. 
  • Contribute your insights and expertise to our knowledge base, creating articles, activities, and protocols that enrich our community’s mental and emotional well-being. 
  • Play a pivotal role in supporting organizational change, ensuring that transitions at individual, group, and team levels are smooth and positive. 

 

Who We’re Looking For: 

  • A degree in Psychology, paired with at least one year of experience in a similar role. 
  • A mature, empathetic individual who thrives on helping others and can navigate the complexities of human emotions with ease. 
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level), coupled with excellent communication skills and the ability to influence change positively. 
  • A team player with a knack for active listening, organization, and time management, who values ethics and confidentiality above all.

As a Customer Support / Backoffice Representative, you are part of the Operations team, the center of our business. You will provide best-in-class back-office customer service and review the incoming content (documents, reviews, images, etc.) submitted by users of the client application with the set of working procedures and manuals in place and approves only the content that meets all criteria presented by the guidelines, trainings and training materials provided by the client.

Within your role, you will:

 

  • Review the incoming content (documents, reviews, images, etc.) submitted by users of the client application and approves only the content that meets all criteria presented by the guidelines
  • Identify and escalate potential errors of the applications used to process reviews, as well as complex reviews that cannot be solved by applying the project’s specific procedures and instructions, to the direct supervisor and / or the client designated team.
  • Based on existing guidelines, identifies and informs client about potential frauds.
  • Validates new valid documents used by customers.

 

What will make you successful for the role:

 

  • A C1 level of Spanish (both written & spoken)
  • A B2 level of English (both written & spoken)
  • Experience in Contact Center could be an advantage
  • Curiosity, always looking for solutions Attention to detail and “willing-to-help” attitude
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Willingness to work in 24/7 schedule in 3 shifts pattern
