You come with
* Previous experience of coordinating teams is a plus
* Previous experience as QA Analyst and/or Trainer is a must
* Team management experience Excellent English Communication Skill

* Optimize, implement and successfully manage quality standards implementation at each project level beyond stipulated rates and schedule.
* Performs internal quality audits for QA analysts on site.
* Effectively deliver and facilitate quality related training in support of client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation, specifically with front line representative level employees.
