Plans on boarding and delivers inductions for new staff
In-charge with all payroll-related concerns such as but not limited to: Works closely with the Finance Depart in the preparation, computation and processing of payroll reports
Keeps in touch with the local authorities for registering any labor/official related documents: social security and taxes
In-charge of the preparation and processing of employment enrollment, updating and deletion of membership for the company medical insurance and all other company initiated benefits
Other tasks related with the role
Human Resources degree or similar
Minimum 2 years previous experience in HR Admin roles in a fast pace environment
Minimum C1 English (written and spoken)
Good communications skills, great social skills, listening skills, problem solving, and negotiation skills
High MS Office Proficiency
Ability to adapt and create relationship with stakeholders
Initial and continuous training role and tools training
