You will be in charge of
  • You’ll be the front line of our bank client for the markets we activate;
  • Working across multiple channels (email & live chat) to give customers a best in class experience;
  • You will be working on preventing fraud, protecting data and safeguarding customers;
  • You will process inquiries from existing and new customers and deal with their wishes and questions with the latest CRM tools;
You should know:

  • You will have an outstanding commitment to customer service, and the experience to match;
  • Your language will easily blend with native speakers because you are comfortable with both written and verbal communication;
  • You will speak B2 English and C1 German
  • You will seek solutions in challenging situations and you are capable to work independently and as part of a team;
  • You are a trustful and reliable individual;
  • You are flexible and willing to develop.
