What will make you successful for the role:

  • At least a C1 level and English (both written and spoken); 

  • Skills for using the Windows operating system and related applications (MS Office package, internet use); 

  • At least 6 months of experience in coordinating quality/training teams or  leading operations teams, while having QA duties/experience; 

  • Methodological knowledge specific to pedagogy (presentation and rhetoric). 

 

Within your role, you will:

  • You will coordinate the assigned team and be responsible for completing all activities within the assigned projects;  

  • You will update daily progress in related reports and monitor carrying out activities following the agreed plan/strategy; 

  • You will monitor and evaluate training sessions’ effectiveness, success and ROI periodically and report on them; 

  • You will work with account managers to address quality and learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs; 

  • You will prepare operational quality & training analyses for the projects coordinated and as required by the direct manager; 

  • You will actively participate in training needs, analysis studies to determine training and quality needs within the organization; 

  • You will work closely with PM/HR for talent planning & acquisition to ensure accurate staffing & forecasting of resources.

  • Maintain the company databases updated, according with internal procedures
  • Gather market data that supports the TA business goals & routines;
  • Contribute to the design of recruitment processes, guides and standards at company level
  • Provides consultancy, aid or training based on business need to TA teams and relevant business stakeholders

 

What will make you successful for the role:

  • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, working with global processes and management of internal and external hiring processes
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written
  • Strong analytical, reporting, communication, and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in BPO or mass recruitment projects is considered a plus

The position holder has the role of coordinating the activities specific to the IT field within the PL site of company Conectys.

Within your role, you will:

  • Coordination of the local IT function;
  • Management of software licenses used within the company;
  • Management of contracts with IT service providers and equipment;
  • Management of computer equipment used within the company;
  • Supervision of the administration of the electronic equipment used within Conectys;
  • Designing, creating and verifying the technical parameters related to the good development of the activity of the projects with IT requirements within Conectys;
  • Providing support to internal and external beneficiaries (level 1 and level 2);
  • Preparation of reports on the balance of the activity carried out within the IT department;
  • Make forecasts of volumes evolution and adaptation of necessary resources and shifts in relation to established objectives and taking into account the seasonality of activity and other events that may influence the results;
  • Prepares its own action plan with objectivity, rigor and vision based on self-assessment results, taking into account the previous activity report, individual potential and organizational objectives;

What will make you successful for the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering or a similar program
  • C1 level of English (both written & spoken)
  • Proven work experience as coordinator in a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician or similar role;
  • Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments;
  • Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software;
