- Moderating content (videos, images, reviews submitted by users)
- Identifying and escalating potential errors in the application used for moderating content
- Participating in testing, launching or implementing new products and working tools
- Making suggestions for improving procedures
- Drawing up daily activity reports
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in Bulgarian
- Advanced in English
- Active Social Media presence
- Experience with confidential information
- Good communication (verbal and written),
- Quicker learner and adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and results-oriented
- Able to work in Shifts and on the weekend
