- Advising and assisting clients according to their needs by responding with accurate and complete terms via email and/ or social media ensuring that the customer’s problem is solved from the first interaction
- Proposing with promptness and discernment solutions for correcting and solving the reported incidents adapted to each client
- Accurately documenting all assisted or initiated interactions in project-specific applications (platforms), in accordance with the flow of steps
