What you need:

  • Excellent German and English writing and speaking skills
  • Open to learning and developing skills that’ll help you assist customers
  • Logical & analytical thinking and synthesis ability
  • Sense of observation, quickness in reactions and ability to make your own decisions
  • Ability to be your own manager (micro-management-wise)

You will be in charge of:

  • Evaluating gamers’ level of satisfaction regarding their gaming experience
  • Offering support (e-mail / chat / incoming calls) for fellow gamers
  • Resolving customers’ problems so that they’ll be happy and perhaps even loyal to our client
  • Offering quick and to the point solutions
  • Communicating with your team members when more complex incidents come your way
