What you need:
- Excellent German and English writing and speaking skills
- Open to learning and developing skills that’ll help you assist customers
- Logical & analytical thinking and synthesis ability
- Sense of observation, quickness in reactions and ability to make your own decisions
- Ability to be your own manager (micro-management-wise)

You will be in charge of:
- Evaluating gamers’ level of satisfaction regarding their gaming experience
- Offering support (e-mail / chat / incoming calls) for fellow gamers
- Resolving customers’ problems so that they’ll be happy and perhaps even loyal to our client
- Offering quick and to the point solutions
- Communicating with your team members when more complex incidents come your way
