 Support our client customers'

You’ll be the frontline of our bank client for the markets we activate;
Working across multiple channels (email & live chat) to give customers a best in class experience;
You will be working on preventing fraud, protecting data and safeguarding customers;
You will process inquiries from existing and new customers and deal with their wishes and questions with the latest CRM tools;

Improve the product

No one knows the customer better than you – so, based on their feedback you will identify and pass on problems and positive aspects of the products and processes;
Your feedback will have a direct impact on the way we deliver a product or service that customers love;
 

Know the lingo?

Our client is growing across European markets on a fast pace, therefore we are looking for close to native speakers to help improve user experience in each country;
The languages we are searching for are: English, ideally mother tongue or C1+ level;
 

As a Customer Service Professional: 

You will have an outstanding commitment to customer service, and the experience to match;
Your language will easily blend with native speakers because you are comfortable with both written and verbal communication;
You will seek solutions in challenging situations and you are capable to work independently and as part of a team;
You are a trustful and reliable individual;
You are flexible and willing to develop;
