Retail is going through a very rough stretch because of COVID-19, and the ability of large retailers to bounce back will be based on their ability to personalize future interactions with customers.

The new client was interested in working with Conectys because of the quick and easy scale we provide for English and multilingual (35+ languages) resources. We’re also able to scale (up and down) for seasonal and unplanned demand, and our strategic global locations were a source of value. We provided cost efficiencies for them – working with retail can be a very low-margin business – that was strategically-relevant to their growth plans.
We were also able to take a pilot program and get it to scale in roughly 10 days. The speed and scale of the initial work were very impressive to this identity marketing leader.
This initiative, which we co-created with the new client, started in the Philippines and has since expanded to Turkey.
