These new facilities in Istanbul and Poznan will serve as key delivery sites for international customers, enabling video, image and text moderation in German, Polish, Russian, Turkish and Arabic. The firm used trainers from the Philippines, a recently launched content moderation site with great success, as well as management from its Bucharest site to get new recruits thoroughly trained and ready to go. By following the model applied to the Philippines launch, the initial months of the Poznan and Istanbul sites have already proven to be prosperous.
