The Stevie® Awards are the world’s premier business awards. They were created in 2002 to honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide. In short order, the Stevie has become one of the world’s most coveted prizes. These awards are listed as the 2022 Stevie Awards, but they cover work that organizations do in 2021.
Conectys was previously awarded a Bronze 2021 Stevie Award in the category of Contact Center or Customer Outsourcing Provider of the Year, and before that, won Stevie Awards in 2020, 2017, and 2016 in similar customer support and sales categories.
The 2022 Silver Award speaks to the overall management of contact centers for clients, from metric reporting to boosting customer experience and securing safe and fast content moderation.
