Global Eyewear Retailer Selects Conectys for Multi-Channel Customer Support
Bucharest, Romania, May 27th , 2015 – A global eyewear retailer has chosen Conectys, the award-winning multilingual outsourcing services provider, to offer call centre support across three contact channels. The project is set to begin in the second half of May 2015, with customer support operations to be delivered from Conectys’ location in Davao City, Philippines.
Under the new contract, Conectys will provide 24/7, single-site assistance for the client’s North American, Australian and UK markets. The support services will be aimed at enhancing customer acquisition and loyalty, and will drive product improvement across two major eyewear product lines.
