Conectys partners up with major cosmetics retailer for global customer support

The client plans to transition and stabilize their customer support services and ensure full scalability during seasonal peaks. The collaboration will entail customer support and retention delivered over voice and email to the client’s network of independent direct-selling distributors and loyal customers in Canada, Australia and New Zealand. A brand-aligned dedicated team will stand by to assist with all product and account related questions from Conectys’ centre in Davao City, Philippines. The project begins as English-focused, but will scale to new territories and accommodate more languages. The support team, too, is expected to grow from the tens to the hundreds.
