Wizz Air Partners with Conectys for Call Center and Customer Relations Services

December, 17th, 2012 - Conectys' Multilingual Call Center and Customer Relations Services selected by Wizz Air, the largest value-oriented airline in Central and Eastern Europe.

More than 11 million annual EU travelers will have access to certified Customer Support Services as Conectys launches operations with Wizz Air, mid December 2012.

Conectys will provide inbound and outbound Multilingual Customer Services to Wizz Air’s passengers in multiple European countries and languages through an array of channels including phone, e-mail, fax and standard post.

Conectys’ ability to meet Wizz Air’s specific requirements, to creatively design a customized solution, to demonstrate flexibility, strong reference customers and to offer exceptional quality at competitive price levels contributed to the decision of the airline to select Conectys.

Conectys’ PCI DSS compliance (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) was another critical element in the Wizz Air selection process as Conectys’ bilingual Customer Support Representatives (CSR) will collect credit card data for payments.

Wizz Air’s systems and tools will be tightly integrated with Conectys’ platforms, allowing for a deep level of measurement and control through Conectys’ real time reporting portal.

Customer SupportServices will operate on a 24/7 schedule through a blended Dedicated Services / Shared Services delivery model. Conectys CSRs will provide assistance mainly related to flights itineraries, booking changes, timetables, payments and phone bookings.

The Customer Support Services will be expanded early in 2013 with the addition of new functions handling more complex Customer Interactions.
