50% revenue growth, new services launched, 15 new customer wins

Conectys closed Fiscal Year 2011 with revenue growth of more than 50% compared to Fiscal Year 2010. The revenue growth was attributable to new customer wins in the Financial Industry, High Tech and Communications, Health Care and Pharmaceutical, Entertainment and Gaming, Manufacturing, Retail and Consumer products, Energy and Utilities and Travel and Hospitality.

Overall Conectys signed 15 new long term outsourcing agreements, distributed evenly across the three Conectys service lines: Call Center Services, Infrastructure Services (Launched in 2011) and Document Processing Services. Additional revenue growth was realised through the expansion of several existing contracts.

Also in 2011, Conectys renewed its ISO 9001:2008 certification and added PCI DSS Compliance to the list of standards adopted.
