Conectys Wins Multilingual Customer Support project in the Entertainement & Gaming Industry
Starting November 2010, Conectys provides multilingual technical support for a Multi-brand gaming hardware manufacturer and global provider of innovative products for the interactive entertainment industry.
Our client develops and markets accessories for videogames systems and PCs under its brands. It also operates e-commerce and content websites for videogames and PC products through its own online store, designs, manufactures and markets proprietary earphones, publishes and distributes video/PC games.
Conectys has invested in a Lab Setup for this project, and the technical support engineers have a special “Gaming room” to test products prior to being launched on the markets and replicate customers configurations for more than 2000 products. The combined Lab Setup and Conectys Engineers expertise will ensure high customers satisfaction level and will place Conectys on a key role in product development via end to end feedback from internal testing and consumers input.
