The contract has been extended for a duration of 3 additional years and will most likely see significant expansion throughout this period, both in size, geographic and linguistic coverage and in types of services offered. All the services are delivered from a 'sterile' environment located in Conectys' main operations facility. This highly secured operational centre is completely isolated from external risk factors through a combination of IT security measures, physical security measures and personnel security measures. From this centre, Conectys processes Credit Card balance inquiries, monthly invoice statement queries, applications for new Credit Cards, card blocking requests, fraud detection and prevention services, Credit Card PIN code resets, insurance policy requests, document processing services and other general types of Credit Card related queries, all on a 24/7 basis.
