Growth in revenue and long term customer contracts
The Conectys Group closed Fiscal Year 2007 with excellent financial results and a significant increase in the number of strategic customers. Throughout 2007, Conectys grew the size of contracts with existing customers and generated a lot of additional growth through new customer wins, especially in the second half of 2007. The new contract additions were all long term engagements resulting in increased vertical industry expertise. The new set of contracts allow Conectys to increase its original revenue targets for 2008. Conectys added customers in the Financial Industry, Consumer Electronics, Hi-tech, Market Research, Medical and other sectors. Contracts were evenly spread across Conectys' main lines of business: Multilingual BPO and Multilingual Inbound and Outbound Contact Center Services. In 2007, Conectys has also significantly invested in quality assurance initiatives, IT infrastructure upgrades and new service developments. The results of these investments will materialize throughout 2008. Growth targets for 2008 are very aggressive, but they are backed by a very strong pipeline of new business as Conectys continues to consolidate its position as the leading Multilingual Outsourcing Services Provider.
