Conectys signs Multilingual, Multichannel 24/7/365 Helpdesk Outsourcing Agreement
Conectys today announced the signing of a Multilingual Contact Center contract with a leading provider of Global Online Payment Services. Conectys’ new Customer is specialised in handling transparent processing of online payments aligned to local markets across the globe. The Customer offers its payment processing services an billing solutions in 250 countries, primarily to vendors of online content. These include but online subscription based content providers, online digital music retailers and online digital movie retailers who want to expand their markets to international territories.
Payment services are offered in the local languages, with local payment products using local currencies, all in line with the local regulatory frameworks. The last essential component is local language Customer Service, provided by Conectys. Conectys will handle Customer Support in a broad range of languages and through different contact channels, including phone, email and chat. Services will be provided on a 24/7/365 basis. Conectys will also handle a series of back office tasks.
Additionally, the agreement will leverage Conectys’ deep Financial Industry expertise to advise the customer on best-in-class tools and processes resulting in long term optimisation of all Customer Support activities.
Next to the above services, Conectys will set up and manage inbound telephone channels in key geographies across the globe.
This agreement continues to strengthen Conectys’ position in the Multilingual Customer Service Outsourcing Industry.
The contract has a multi year duration and is expected to incite new online content retailers to join the continually growing list of users of the Customer's Services.
