Conectys Signs Multilingual Customer Support Contract in the Retail Electronics Industry

Conectys signs multilingual Consumer Electronics Industry support agreement. Conectys today announced the signing of a new Multilingual Customer Support Contract in the Consumer Electronics Industry. Under this agreement, Conectys delivers support for a wide array of Consumer Electronics devices, including DVD players, Digital Cameras, MP3 Players and Computer peripherals to consumers in Eastern and Western Europe. The services are delivered from Conectys' Shared Services platform. This platform is ideally suited for projects requiring a high number of support languages with lower to medium call and email volumes. As part of the agreement, Conectys will assist the Customer in the setup of a customised Customer Interaction Management platform, closely integrated with a Customer Relationship Management Platform. The contract has a multiyear duration and will most likely see a continued growth in volume and number of languages.
