Conectys wins Multilingual Data Collection Outsourcing Agreement
Conectys today announced the signing of a Multilingual Data collection and Data Management outsourcing agreement with a Global Market Leader in Market Intelligence and Customer Relationship Management Services.
As part of the agreement, Conectys will conduct online and CATI (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) research services in Western and Eastern Europe. Data will first be collected online and subsequently be validated and enriched through telephone based research.
All data will undergo strict quality control through real time and deferred monitoring, data validation rules and other proprietary methods.
The customer teams will be equipped with Conectys' state of the art Voice Over IP and CATI tools.
The contract is long term and shows great potential for strong growth.
