Conectys grows Financial Industry Contract
May 11, 2007 - Conectys extends Credit Card Help Desk Services agreement
Contract duration extended, size of operations increased
Conectys today announced that it has signed an extension and expansion of an existing contract with one of its Financial Industry Customers. Under the new agreement, Conectys will continue to offer Help Desk Services to Credit Card users of the Master Card Gold product range in Germany. The size of the dedicated team servicing the bank's customers will be increased.
The services are delivered from a highly secured and 'sterile' environment located in Conectys' main operations facility. From this location, Conectys processes Credit Card Balance Inquiries, Monthly Invoice Statement Queries, applications for new Credit Cards, card blocking requests, suspicious transaction checks, PIN code reset requests, insurance policy requests and other general types of Credit Card related queries.
The agreement allows the Bank to offer a 24/7 service to its German Customers. The contract expansion results in a growth of the business volume of over 25%.
