Conectys today announced the signing of a Multi Year High Tech Industry Outsourcing contract for the provision of multilingual Technical Helpdesk services with one of the leading mapping, direction and GPS navigation services providers.
Conectys’ services are provided through an innovative combination of Conectys’ Multilingual Shared Services platform and dedicated multilingual support engineers in order to achieve maximum service availability and product knowledge.
