The Conectys group of companies closed Fiscal Year 2005 with Record growth in both revenue and earnings.
2005 was a year of sustained growth, backed by a solid foundation of existing long term profitable contracts. The number of customers was more than doubled. Most new contracts were long term multi-year engagements.
The portfolio of new customer wins was well balanced across different industries, spanning the Financial Industry, Consumer Electronics, Market Research, High Tech and other sectors. Contracts were also evenly spread across Conectys' main lines of business: Multilingual BPO, KPO and Multilingual Inbound and Outbound Contact Center Services.
