Conectys gives you access to large teams of multilingual customer service specialists. All of our customer support specialists are perfect bilingual English + at least another language.
We service all North American, South American and European Languages, and the type of support provided to your customers can range from Customer Care to highly technical or complex Level 1 or Level 2 technical support.
You can choose to build a dedicated team hosted and managed by Conectys, or you can opt for a Shared Services team, where you pay by the minute.
Service hours range from 9 AM to 5 PM weekdays all the way to 24/7 in all languages, or a combination of different languages with different opening hours can be configured.

We are especially passionate about Customer Care through Social Media. We monitor Social media platforms like Twitter and Facebook for mentions of your products or brands and proactively intervene on your behalf to solve issues. We turn customers who have a problem with your products or brands into your champions.
As a Conectys customer, you get full access to your live Conectys reporting platform, allowing you to keep track in real time of how we are doing against our agreed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators.
We can use your CRM and ticketing tools, or you can leverage our free hosted solutions.
