Conectys opens new State of the Art Facilities, Doubles Capacity

Conectys today announced the opening of its new operations centre in Bucharest, Romania. The new facilities are equipped with the latest modular work spaces, training rooms, secured high speed redundant IP connectivity, high quality IP based voice systems and secured server rooms. The server rooms are conditioned with fail over cooling systems. All key equipment is backed up by Uninterruptible Power Supplies and a high capacity Diesel Generator. The facility provides the necessary capacity for Conectys' near term growth requirements. From this new facility, Conectys continues to offer Business Process Outsourcing, Technical and Non-Technical Helpdesk Services, Document Processing Services and Market Research Services. The facility is operational on a 24/7/365 basis, serving customers around the globe. Security requirements are met by IP based monitoring cameras, centralized logging of access through contactless electronic locks on all entry and exit points and 24/7 security guard services. Further facilities for the employees include an on premise cantina and some other amenities such as banking facilities and nearby public transport.
