Contract establishes presence in both Hospitality and Food Appliance industry

August 21, 2006 - Conectys, the leader in Multilingual Business Process Outsourcing and Contact Center Services, today announced a Contact Center Contract win in the Food Appliances industry


Conectys today announced the signing of a Multi Year Customer Service Outsourcing contract in the Food Appliance and Hospitality industry.

The services are provided by Conectys’ Multilingual Shared Services platform. The types of contacts handled on behalf of the customer are Inbound and Outbound voice, fax and email. The service went live in a record time of one week after contract signature. Under this contract, Conectys offers Business to Business support to a large French hotel chain that uses the customer’s appliances for hotel guest beverage dispensing.

Conectys won the contract due to its speed, flexibility, track record and impressive language capabilities.

This agreement positions Conectys in both the Hospitality and Food Processing industries.
